I'll email you a welcome package with a questionnaire, letter of agreement and a coaching contract. We will set SMART (Spiritual, Mental, Affective, Relational, and Task-oriented) goals tailored to meet your specific needs and desires. Then we will begin the relationship that will enable you to discover purpose, fulfill dreams, and shape your future.
Coaching sessions are usually made by phone or in person.
